Langham Hospitality Group has announced plans to open **Cordis Hotels & Resorts** and **Ying’nFlo** properties in Xiong’an New Area, northern China, forming a single integrated hotel complex with a total gross floor area of 23,700 square meters. According to Hotel Management Network, the upscale Cordis and upper-midscale Ying’nFlo brands will debut together in Q2 2028 under a management agreement with China Xiong’an Group Public Service Management, marking the first such dual-brand operation by the Hong Kong-based group in the country[2]. Xiong’an New Area, a state-level urban development in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, is rapidly evolving with civic infrastructure, amenities, and direct transport links to surrounding cities, positioning it as a hub for events, businesses, and relocated organizations from Beijing. Travel and Tour World reports this expansion as a major step in the area’s growth, enhancing hospitality options for travelers exploring this future-focused destination[1][3]. US visitors can look forward to convenient access via high-speed rail from Beijing, blending modern innovation with proximity to historic sites. This move aligns with Langham’s strategy to expand in northern China, following a recent agreement for a new hotel in Jinan, Shandong, signaling robust tourism infrastructure growth for exciting new travel experiences[2].
