**Langham Hospitality Group is bringing two new hotel brands to Xiong'an New Area, a major state-level development in northern China, with an opening scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.**[2] The integrated hotel complex will feature both the upscale **Cordis Hotels & Resorts** and the upper-midscale **Ying'nFlo** brands operating together for the first time, spanning a total gross floor area of 23,700 square meters.[2] Xiong'an New Area, located in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, represents a significant urban development initiative designed to support economic growth and is expected to become a hub for relocated government agencies, businesses, and cultural organizations from Beijing.[2] The location is also being positioned to host sporting and large-scale events with purpose-built venues and direct transport links to surrounding cities, creating strong demand for diverse hospitality options as the area continues its expansion.[2] This expansion marks Langham Hospitality Group's strategic push to increase its presence in China, particularly in the northern regions.[2] The company recently signed a separate management agreement to operate a new hotel in Jinan, Shandong Province, demonstrating broader momentum in China's hospitality sector as the country continues developing world-class infrastructure for both business and leisure travelers.[2]
